Tubular Track System | Concept

The concrete modules and the soil form an integrated system working as an only structure, complying with all projected characteristics for each railroad.

The system is projected for railroads up to 150 km/h, without axle load or soil restrictions, drawn in agreement with each specific application.

Its engineering concept provides great strength and fixed geometry.

The rails are held up in all its length and fastened by Pandrol clips to supports that are embedded in the Gauge Bars and intermediary Stirrups.

The resilient effect (carried out by the ballast in the conventional system) is provided by the use of an "insole" Tiflex®, made of rubber and cork.

It can be used in any type of line (freight or passenger) and axle load capacity. It can be installed on any kind soil and for any work conditions.
